We provide detailed quotations free of charge, ensuring complete transparency before any work is carried out. All maintenance services come with a 12-month warranty, giving you confidence in the quality and reliability of our work. For Omega, DOXA, and TAG Heuer services, we proudly offer an extended 2-year warranty, reflecting the high standards and trust placed in our authorised expertise.
In addition to full servicing, we also offer minor interventions, including on-the-spot battery replacements. For added peace of mind, optional water resistance testing is available to ensure your watch remains protected and performing at its best.

Mechanical Maintenance Service
All mechanical watches require servicing on average every 5 years, or as stated in your original manufacturer warranty.
During this process, your timepiece is completely disassembled, cleaned and lubricated with any damaged parts replaced. Gaskets and pressure testing is undertaken in line with factory specifications.
Quartz Maintenance Service
Quartz watches require servicing on average every 8 years, or as stated in your original manufacturer warranty.
The process is similar to a mechanical service, with the addition of testing the electronic components and replacing where required.
Minor repairs
We are able to provide minor interventions for your timepiece where required, such as:
– Glass replacement
– Crown and stem
– Regulation
– Dial and hand repairs
Watch Straps & Accessories
There is an extensive range of watch straps and accessories at our CBD workshop.
Adelaide Watch Repairs are official dealers for Strapify Australia, and stock Wolf watch winders and cases.
Replacement Parts
We have access to a vast range of spare parts and therefore have the ability to repair most watches.
Our workshop is fully equipped with the latest machinery so our customers can be assured of receiving the most professional service available. We guarantee our repairs are carried out to our high standards, detailed quotations are provided free of charge, with a 12 month warranty on maintenance services undertaken, and a 2 year warranty for all Omega Services.
We provide a battery replacement service whilst our customers wait at a very affordable rate. Any watch requiring pressure testing can also be carried out by us.
